Privacy Policy
Discretion is central to how we work. This page explains what we collect through this website and how we look after it.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
We value your trust and respect your privacy. Via Terza is a trade name of The Virtual Specialist LLC (“Via Terza,” “we,” or “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through viaterza.com, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the information you choose to share: your name, email address, who you are planning for, any destination or dates you mention, the details of your trip, your preferred method of communication, and, optionally, your phone number. If you later work with us, we will also need the details required to make your arrangements, such as names as they appear on travel documents, dates of birth, loyalty program numbers, and preferences. We will ask for these at the appropriate time and through an appropriate channel. Please do not include passport numbers, payment card details, or other sensitive identifiers in the website form.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To plan and coordinate travel on your behalf, should you choose to work with us.
- To keep a record of our correspondence so that we can serve you well over time.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We only collect information that is needed for these purposes.
No unsolicited marketing
We do not send promotional emails or messages you have not asked for. We contact you about your inquiry and about travel you have asked us to arrange. If you ever receive a message from us that you would prefer not to receive, tell us and we will stop.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing with travel suppliers and service providers
If you engage us to arrange travel, we share only the details needed with the hotels, airlines, cruise and yacht operators, villa owners, transportation providers, restaurants, and other suppliers involved, so that your arrangements can be made. Those suppliers handle your information under their own privacy practices. We also rely on trusted providers to host this website and deliver email on our behalf, and they process information only to provide those services. Beyond this, we share information only where required by law.
International travel
Because travel often crosses borders, some of the suppliers we work with are located outside the United States. When we share your details with them, we do so only as needed to arrange your trip.
How we protect it
Inquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and delivered by email to Via Terza. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will describe it here.
Retention
We keep your information for as long as it is useful for our relationship or required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to any records we are legally required to keep. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws, including the right to object to or restrict processing, to receive a copy of your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the website. Where we arrange travel for a family, information about children is provided by their parent or guardian.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised.
